    Changes to the board are probably putting more ptolemy people in given their holdings

    No idea on changes to the constitution.

    Strongly suspect changes to the RBL strategy will be to take over RFE acers. I've posted on RFE Dev Area 9 before as a good fit for AOK and how RFE has recently closed a transation to sell around 7000 acres. Shard holders would want to know how many notes convert and RBL size before voting..
