Strongly suspect changes to the RBL strategy will be to take over RFE acers. I've posted on RFE Dev Area 9 before as a good fit for AOK and how RFE has recently closed a transation to sell around 7000 acres. Shard holders would want to know how many notes convert and RBL size before voting..
