The negativity has been going on for months actually. I'm now to the point where I've put this person on ignore a few days ago. It's unfortunate because I enjoyed reading their posts in the past. I don't mind people being critical, but I like it to be based in the some fact.

I just can't see how anyone could be critical of the decision to delay the payment to Cooper. They're using the money to do a number of things that should hopefully increase the share price and get the options in the money. If people convert options then that's more money in the kitty and more incentive to avoid a capital raise. Win/win for shareholders and management.
