a cap raise lets say @ 0.003 to develop Bunian would add 450 mill shares to the registry = 3.05 bill shares on issue, this is a very prudent move by management as it will only cost them $47625 in interest whereas a raise dilutes shareholders & costs $76200.

The funds are going to advance the oil fields and if we continue to see a rise in oil prices and they hit gold this will go off, I am happy to sit back and see what pans out and glad to see there won't be a cap. raise.
