Thanks for the update @bushmaster I understand Andrew wouldn't have been able to divulge information,  but good that he responded.  The silence is a bit eerie... but I believe this could be huge if/when the deal is struck and the prospects thereafter, given the low market cap. 

ROG hanging under the radar and I'm happy to accumulate at current SP.

What got my interest was the recent notice of substantial holder.  I've seen some of this guy (and his brother's) track record, which gave me more confidence to follow this stock. +  I know of investors that follow their moves.
