I couldn't agree more, perfect time to snavel a few more at a bargain, basement price.
We'll hang it out until next summer or winter which ever comes first, after striking the mother lode...... whatever decade that maybe!
Unfortunately I haven't got a prediction on a decade.....
Here's hoping we do see a positive result in the near term.
