    According to their website they do - 3 graphite projects in Mozambique - including Nicanda Hill - and currently worth ~$40m. Not sure about the Cobalt.

    They were a huge graphite hopeful in 2015 but some sort of scandal occurred and they were handled by administrators.

    Fortunately, for holders, they came out of that and are doing reasonably well.
