I tried to explain the concept of enterprise value vs market cap over there a while ago... Was frowned upon haha. Granted that debt isnt all initially drawn but it will be spent by the time the project gets into production (if it does) so may as well consider the full future EV if you're considering the full potential value of the project.
Anywhoo, at least they got some sort of funding I guess haha. We wait.
