"I am more than happy to wait and see what the production rates are through the trial mining plant once the final approval is given and the mill starts rolling."
DO we need an actual mill for the next step ?
COuld it be for the next stage all is needed is a jaw crusher at the mine site , then ship the crushed ore to a small smelter at Manaus city with a 1 cubic meter capacity crucible, heat the crucible with reagents and Cu and smelter the crushed ore in 1 tonne batches per hour .
Is there any advantage to actually grind the ore finely in a ball MILL rather than just having crushed ore of about 25 mm diameter going directly into the crucible ?
1 tonne * 1 hour * 8000 hours = 8000 tonne per annum processed ? (I am guessing they can do a batch of molten rock in 1 hour )
say 1 oz eq per tonne extracted then about $10M per year top line revenue
Then scale up from 8 ktpa to 100 K tpa processing once the process is more refined
I doubt the CAPEX would be more than $300K for a 20 tonne per hour to 25 mm crush size 20" * 24" 60 hp jaw crusher installed on site that size would also be adequate to scale up to
a 100 ktpa operation just run it 20/7.
And say another $800k for an industrial site in Mannus capable of storing crushed ore and access to gas for a 1 ton per hour furnace /crucible set up (it is very low tech) .
So about $1.2M all up capex needed initially ????
Regarding Eshman , I appreciate his input , he is no tool , good to have an alternative view point he has probably saved a lot of Hotcoperites $millions by saving them from investing in failing miners and explorers ,I just think he is wrong on this one .
