Hardly a negative angle, it’s just a point I’ve noticed that seems to have not been discussed. Given the future success seemingly hinges on a viable extraction technique, it’s worthy of discussion I would have thought - so I’m very much inclined to think it does matter.

There’s obviously some key inconsistencies in the assay technique that they are still refining or trying to understand. As you say, it’s trial and error but it would appear there’s still quite a bit of trialing to do before they crack the code on a consistent and repeatable basis imo.
