The conglomerate story is an interesting one and fell in a heap when Nova used conventional drilling and got understandably poor results.Mike Jones who is the geologist of IPT had done his Phd on conglomerates and succinctly said "If there are conglomerate gold is seen, just mine it,don't bother drilling it" Just excavator, truck and gravity seperation.
AS we all know, the situation is much more complicated for BBX.
Hence this is what I like about the team at BBX. They are working to get things right, not just to please the market.Although we would like the results yesterday, it is much better methodically go about the business of sorting out this complex ore.
The gold is there and god knows what else. There is no evidence of salting etc.The gold can be retrieved and it's just a matter of extraction % wise- which is very hard as there's no gold standard for extraction yet for this ore by which to gauge mining success let alone model a JORC compliant resource- and of economics.Once this is sorted the bags will be there.Midnight has posted some charts of what we might expect.
It may even be that despite the gold being disseminated, the dissemination may not be even, and hence this may explain some of the variation.
The chart form is best described as a "meteoric rise".
