Or maybe after the fiasco of last year, ASX requested the company to run all future announcements past their team of scrutineers in order to avoid a case where an announcement (good or bad) is released and then either needs to be withdrawn or the stock is placed in suspension so that ASX can ask for clarification.
As a shareholder I would rather the company was pro-active on this rather than ASX being reactive.
