Rock chip samples don't define a resource. Plenty of spec stocks have put out great grab/rock chip samples and even trenching results that amounted to little once the drill bit hit the ground. The market wants to see drill assays which they are having problems delivering.
If BBX can get drill results that back up or are even 1/10th of the grade of the grab samples over decent intervals then the sky is the limit. Until such time though this is a very high risk play so the pool of investors wanting to play is limited.
I don't really see anything in that announcement that warranted calling a trading halt.
