It’s been telegraphed to some extent in previous releases ACE, and is a continuation of the same methodology of working through the targets in a systematic fashion.
Everyone loves Hail Mary’s that pull it off and hit the big one first try, but Nova showed that it’s actually grunt work and hitting as many targets as possible that wins the day in the end. Not sexy, and doesn’t sit well with those that have the attention span of a gnat on opioids, but that’s how the business works in the real world. Persistence is the greatest virtue a company can have, provided they’re in the right spot to start with. Magmatic sulphides are there and have been drilled, so MRD are in the right spot to be looking. Now just remains to be seen whether it’s there to be found. It may not be, in which case it doesn’t matter how well you explore. That’s when the real test of a company comes - when do they realise they’re burning shareholders money for increasingly remote chances of hitting the good stuff. That’s a long way off here yet.
The gravity target potentially linking into target 19 where the sulphides sit is an interesting one. Hopefully the EM system can see through the conductive overburden from hell this time.
