There are many deposits of this type all over the world. So far, the cost of extraction has been uneconomic :many have had a go and failed,and this includes very large Gold companies. You of course believe that BBX has perfected a new extraction method. There may be a few cynics who might wonder why Barrick and Newmont (amongst others) who have serious financial power have not been able to achieve what a few blokes leaning on shovels in the Amazon together with a small metallurgical outfit in the same area find so simple.
