    Hi ML173

“Personally, I can not see this company can ever be able to prove the case, to get re-listing again over the next 6 months. There might be some hope if the ASX to relax the demand of transparency reporting. My suggestion is not to ring up and annoying them.”

The ASX has requested the company answer their specific questions and as I understand it they are doing just this and once the ASX is satisfied with the answers in my opinion the share will once again trade.

You are of course entitled to your opinion but why not give a specific reason for why you think the company management will not be able to prove the case to the ASX. Is it because you don’t think those metal buttons are generated from the sampled ore and that the specific amounts of precious metals are not representative of a grade from a calculated amount of ore. Do you have any evidence that the management are fabricating these results and risking their reputations in the industry? If so please present it for our consideration.

I for one would not wish to see the ASX relax any of their rules particularly on transparency when a Gold mine is reporting on actual grades and your suggestion for such a change does little for me to change my opinion of you.

I know you have a penchant for dodging questions but if this company does satisfy the ASX questions and does commence trading once again will you stop behaving like a jealous halfwit and find a more productive way to spend your time?

As you don’t hold shares in this company and you fail to ever present anything concrete just negative innuendo why do you even care what the outcome is for this company. I don’t see any altruistic attitude from you hoping to save potential shareholders from losing money, you may not be an underachieving loser but from your comments you certainly sound like one.

Cheers and very best regards: Andy
