The only reason I can think of Ace is that the Directors have said via their cashflow projections/budgets etc that they believe they will be spending $2 million plus in the next 12 months on exploration and admin otherwise it should not be there.
Either way its a stretch as we all know management can change its spending habits if times become tough.
Most juniors if they got 2 mill in the bank will be looking to acquire projects and stuff...!!!
