people expecting major announcements with the half yearly financials perhaps.

I believe the Auditors should not have put the "emphasis of matter" clause into their Audit Report. Quite frankly they have 2 million in the bank.

These clauses also often spook investors. If I was a director I would be asking the Auditors to remove this . Fair enough come year end and maybe there is say a million bucks left by all means but not when their is 2 mill in the bank
