Company is much better off, I've spoken to a few people since who know what they're on about who said they're a mile better off without him, make of that what you will.
That's all I'm going to say on the matter other than anyone who was willing to hang everyone out to dry like that can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.
At the very least as the MD director he had a moral and ethical responsibility to the company and its shareholders and as the MD, a position that he was being being very well remunerated for, yet he still treated the shareholders with absolute contempt.
