Kemj didn't someone say that a couple of the guys already associated with the company have geology experience?
I'm sure the driller and his crew know their job and if those guys with geology experience took over or they got someone else in the short term while they search for another chief geologist I'm sure they could handle the onsite operation in the interim.
Maybe I'm too optimistic but I don't think it's all doom and gloom especially given the way some have painted it as being on here, a temporary setback though, yes quite probably.
I'm not so sure about it being a permanent problem though as you would think in this work environment and given my brother's own experiences having survived the latest round of retrenchments at his company that they're plenty of highly qualified geologists out of work at the moment who would jump at the chance to come on board.
I don't think finding a qualified geologist who really knows his or her stuff is going to be too difficult to find at the moment.
