I just happened to be on HC when you posted nabinpaudel, hence this quick reply. Just before you posted I was reading some recent EGS posts, and this one (last one on the list) denigrates MF's character based on some historical matters.

That aside though, he more or less owns HOR and any debts are to himself (indirectly), so it is a different situation to others. I haven't read up on HOR admin'n stuff for a while though, so I'm half guessing here.
I'd like to read some posts analysing the HOR situation given MF's failings elsewhere.
