I just happened to be on HC when you posted nabinpaudel, hence this quick reply. Just before you posted I was reading some recent EGS posts, and this one (last one on the list) denigrates MF's character based on some historical matters.

I can't comment on what Laverton says as i'm not au fait with that situation, but if it's true then I wonder whether or not he can morally continue to be a Director of anything.

That aside though, he more or less owns HOR and any debts are to himself (indirectly), so it is a different situation to others. I haven't read up on HOR admin'n stuff for a while though, so I'm half guessing here.

I'd like to read some posts analysing the HOR situation given MF's failings elsewhere.
