Completely agree.
People sell their shares for numerous different reasons and sometimes at a loss. But even with a dropping share price (and let's face it, it's hardly free falling. It rises a pip and drops a pip, rinse/repeat) these shares don't just go "pffff" into thin air never to be seen again, someone has bought them.
CUL is getting closer to that day when the market will have no alternative but to stand up and take notice.
