Deme, thank you for your valued opinion as I know you have closely followed this company for quite some time and come across as having a fairly intimate knowledge or understanding of their operations.

From my own observations, in many post CR situations, if expected/imminent news doesn't arrive quickly, the share price can quickly be eroded of any premium and drift to (or even below) the placement price on relatively low volumes for a range of reasons. In fact it is quite uncanny, if not ridiculous, how often a stock can trade at a discount to the oversubscribed placement price - go figure!

If as you say the delays are due to external factors outside the company's control, this would go some way to explaining at least some of the recent trading. On the flip side, although disappointing to existing new & SOI holders, this temporary weakness could well be creating a wonderful buying opportunity which will not last long.
