As stated in the meeting part of the answer is he is an investor like anyone else.
I know from time to time he has sold shares to raise quick cash and with his investment profile he has needed fast cash periodically

Personally I was pleasntly surprised this last week when he came to the party for the benefit of the company.He could really have put the screws on and I dont think he did-assuming conditions remain unchanged.

The acid test will come with the appointment of new board members.If the advice of independent people headhunting potential directors is followed , then you can relax.
If they come from HK or are controlled from HK then Im sure there will be a motion of n0o confidence.

Personally I would like to see a few people who can make runs rather than the overly large selection of umpires and scorers(financiers and lawyers) that we presently have.

Andy and and a mining engineer or someone with a good track record of implementing projects would be ideal.
Having been to the meeting and seen the increase in loan I am more relaxed although I still "sleep with one eye open"
