Well it certainly looks like it, if I say what I think it is the abuse will come thick and fast... threats of legal action etc etc. Are there enough suckers about in the crappy market no sure, but never underestimate, could be a trade in it.

It might be helpful to specify this instead of reaching a conclusion without describing your methodology and disparaging anyone who disagrees with you.
