I think just still very early. Might need some rumours to start flying around about multi million oz or advanced BM acquisitions? A few old workings and mediocre Zi channel samples are hardly the things dreams are made of. Although granted a bit of smoke in the district and a high tide may float this boat as well to a degree

For me a decent risk /reward proposition in what is a fairly dead spec market. Any hint of substance should be rewarded given JBs recent run, the ideal structure, extremely low SOI and valuation etc IMO. Admin costs will be there but will hardly come into play for me - looking at initial 3-6m hold then assess where it's at and what other projects are on the table.
