The second thing is the great vote of confidence they give to this mediterranean licenses. If this is the same sort of basin that Ted Ellyard is familiar with in that part of the world... that would be really something!
Pity for Tanzania, but in this circumstances, and depended on the price, I wouldn't feel very sorry.
