No matter what way you look at this announcement, this is great news for the long term prospects of the company.

Congrats to Ken and his team on their efforts to date with all the grief they have had with the Italian authorities. For me, it is another piece of the puzzle falling into place with their long term strategy to grow the company.

I am a little surprised they did not wait until all the permits were approved before making an announcement. That way, they could of added a few extra details of the potential of each at the same time.

I was also surprised they even bothered to mention UK in the same announcement, given it was meant to be only about Italy. UK was always going to happen later in 2010 IMO, especially after they started talking about pending approvals, bad weather, etc etc.
