Not the day I would prefer, but thems the breaks.

There would be pretty good chances of JV'ing this quickly one would think.

I for one would be happy to see someone cover some costs as it is unlikely KEY could get all over the line in timeframes without significant dilution.

But as it is prime real estate there could well be competition from prospective partners.
