Quiet frog , You place a bet or you are a betting man, I don't think there is such a thing as a better man in the text you are using. S32 may take a punt, place a bet but I don't think they are gamblers.
I think they quite well know from modelling what it contains prior to drilling due close proximity to others with glowing reports and consultants reports.
With computer imaging of deposit shape and density from magnetic readings and such with computer simulation they can tell you how big it is what its shape is and from rock samples across the surface and shallow digging they pretty well know what to expect hence as Ross comments they are extremely interested to the tune of $9M US interested . Seriously cheap buy in for them seeing the years and leg work done buy others to substantiate that a deposit was there. I recall the deposit pictures at Oyu Tolgoi in Mongolia the Rio Tinto deposit that sits 300 meters down extending down to 1300 meters and approx 5 kilometers long and 1 km wide the computer generated ore body was an amazing picture and from that the downward shafts were bored to level 1300 meters on shaft 1 & 2 shafts 3,4,5 being airflow shafts were all placed to miss the ore body from the computer generated ore body mapping. Oyu Tolgoi then owned by Ivanhoe mines came to life after a few camel trades pointed out the green rocks that broke the surface and how traders had made copper from these green rocks in the middle of the Gobi desert in southern Mongolia. This is pretty much the same and when I was at Constancia Copper in Peru during the building of the 250Mta crushing grinding circuit there for Ausenco Brisbane. One of my tasks was to install 22kV mine site transmission line to the de-watering pumps on the deposit and were ever we walked across the terrain there it was evident there were minerals under foot and scratching by the INCA people going back thousands of years and pirate diggings along side the HUDBAY tenement which showed the mountain range was full of minerals. That is not far from where this mine site is as the crow flies. the place is just mine after mine along the Andes corridor. I have seen a few massive holes in the ground between Cusco and Arequepa where Peru derives it mineral wealth from.
I will be amazed if this is not a good deposit due the neighborhood its in.
