Well, yeah, I hope S32's spare change is big enough for us small fries to be relieved from our financial burden, as well as leave some for Cerro Rayas.
If they proceed to buy out 100% of the project before 15th March then I hope it means they are confident enough from their assessment to date and are willing to pay the 'right price' to secure the project before others want to compete with them. Dream, dream, dream ... I'm a dreamer too!
