No it wasn't reported as nuggety at any stage plough, and that's why I think we are looking for some other explanation. I can accept that a very rich localised intercept could become 'smeared' over a couple of metres of 'muddy-like' core but not over the entire 17.6m. Somebody needs to sample some of the more competent material and prep a slide and look at it under microscope. The mineralogy will then become obvious, as will the reason why silver wasn't recognised until after the cores had been through the original lab. Unless there's a completely different explanation altogether (and of course, as others have found, HC posting rules prohibit some topics of speculation being aired).
