Ultimately though if they manage to hit something significant the no. of unlisted options shouldn't make any real difference to the long term share price.
Anyway I wouldn't think that they're all going to get sold off at once, so again short term I can't see there being a huge effect.
Would it be more ideal without that no. of options potentially floating about, well of course it would but beggars can't be choosers and let's face it given MRD's minimal finances at times, we've been beggars.
