First time poster but very long term holder so you can image how much clawing back I have to do.
So I have just been through that exact process that wimichie described to execute my take-up and it IS very straight forward.
You can also ring the Link Market Service Limited on 1300 554 474 and a voice activated response will give you your option holding number if you have any.
