I thought they were around 0.162cents then revalued to 0cents?
They wouldn't be silly enough to pay 0.162 cents per share to convert when the sp is 7c
And I think they think the sp will be lower to do another capital raise and refresh ?
I personally don't know why they even bother with options in asx companies because they rarely get converted
It's probably used as a decoy to incentivise retail buyers to support the sp making retailers think the sp will exceed the option price but that rarely happens.
I'd guess the next capital raise would be for expansion mainly when they score a new contract either for defense aero or automotive
Time will tell
