40 to 46 million includes contingency which is probably 5 to 10%. You need to remember where they are. The transport costs are high. In any case the amount is not new that was announced some time back. Yes I hope the gold price flys. It will help pay for this not to mention produce some juicy profit over the coming years. If we are moving into a bull market that is great!!
