Are you sure they need $46m on top of the cash they already have?
Is that amount, or $46m for that a matter, "a lot of money" for a company with revenues of about $120m?
[point being we're not talking about a $4m mcap explorer here - talking about an All Ords producer with leverage and a variety of cash raising methods available to it]
