Good post. For what it's worth I heard (third hand) that prior to signing Ladbrokes, VERY preferential terms were offered to EML for the card service on an exclusive arrangement to one provider only. Tom held out knowing the opportunity to inflitrate the enitre vertical and appears to be executing that well.
This are not muppets running the business (however they need to be a bit more realistic around timeframes for getting deals to market).
