Agree completely! Why buy anything existing when the Yowie "brand" needs to be the main focus!!
Branding branding branding, market share market share market share, hope they don't overlook the fact that YOWIE needs strong branding and market share in the market place or otherwise it goes the way of the dodo!
Diversification comes once a brand has established, not to try and see if something else works before success suggests so!
The new reach should help, but management need to act like a bunch of hungry inroaders not like a bunch who have worked for an already established company with inroads!!
