Well they don't seem to be taking the "fiscal conservatism" advice on board Jimmy!

It looks to me like they are going for first mover advantage in a lot of the major litigation centres of the world. With the Fortress deal bedded down (and I would say they are very confident of getting similar capital if/when needed) they are going for distribution, backing themselves that if they can get $10bill in CV that they can fund it without using their own capital.
