tiof -as far as I know CNOOC do not own or control any Exoma shares or options. By spending $50 million they are acquiring 50% of Exoma existing leases. Exoma remains the operator. So CNOOC does not own EXE.
I understand if Exoma is granted any of the new leases it has applied for then CNOOC will pay half the costs of application and acquire 50% of the new leases.
