The farm bill is clearly stalled and then you have mid term elections in November..so delays are inevitable..
The main thing is that the hemp legislation is not the sticking point and not being contested, so that provision will be in the final bill.
The organic growth story and International potential of the company and Elixinol brand is what people are buying into..
Paul is getting the story out there and volumes and price both on ASX and OTC market is starting to reflect this..
