Well, it looks like we will have to wait until Monday to find out our fate.

Today's announcement about the exercise of options does not have any impact whatsoever in regards to the ownership percentage of the Bidder.

The shares were unquoted. That means they were not included in the share count.
The shares were settled for cash, which means the shares are no longer held and that cash has been paid for the value of the shares.

There has been no Appendix 3B announcement, whcih further supports the case the share count (quoted) has not changed.
