People need to get their head around ore tolling... NIC is sending ore to the proposed Tsingshan plant.
WFE is proposing to bring in ore from other DRC mines to treat at their facility.
A lot of mines have pretty average feed grade and after the first few yrs end up treating low grade marginal ore. The beauty of this setup is it can be fluid with its ore supply.
