    News not far away in my opinion , have noticed the sells at 1.5 to 1.7 cents being shifted around , sell orders cancelled etc , definitely unusual for a company with such little trading , similar to other times before news , very common with small caps , the cliche that Retail Investors are last to know is very valid .
