What this stock needs is more large stake holders. OCP have 41.63% voting power. Another 1 or 2 stake holders with say 10% & 15% holding each might put some pressure on the share price. OCP are just mopping up atm & hoping to recoup their monies via a take over sometime down the track following upgrades to the resource. In the meantime small shareholders are being played.
