I think OCP have actually pretty successful in accumulating - they have bought 20M shares on market over the past less than 9 months while prices haven’t increased during the time period. Looking at the typical pattern they wait on the bid side in small chunks (50-100k lots) and wait for sellers to hit the bid. Would be interesting to see what happens if sellers don’t hit their bid for a few days - perhaps they increase the price to flush out a few more sellers.
I accumulated a fairly large position between 15-20c a few years ago and not in this to trade it for a few cents.
What will drive this is news - exploration drilling news, then metallurgy results and then the feasability.
