Some of the options they have might include:
- Privatise, and hope to trade out with a bit less scrutiny.
- Get taken out by one of the bigger ad-tech companies, or a performance player like Rakuten or Amobee.
- Sell off the pieces that have some residual value (Cohort? Sparc?) and focus on the PP product.
I'm sure there are other possibilities, including diversifying into other tech streams.
Paul Chan had a go over the 18 years, but I'm sure this wasn’t the exit he had in mind.
