I wasnt assuming he voted... although I did assume the vote was prior to the decision.
Just surprised as a non board member he attended the dismissal of a CEO.
In my corporate experience - I have never heard of that sort of event. I have seen HR representatives and lawyers employed by a company attend.. but never a share holder.
